Pinterest Disclaimer
Pinterest is one of my favorite tools for collecting and sharing design inspiration. It’s like a living mood board where I can save ideas, styles, and products that reflect my personal taste and the vision of Accent4Home.
Because Pinterest is a mix of my own creations and curated content from other sources, I want to be completely transparent about how I use it, what you can expect, and how I handle copyright and attribution.
My Own Pins & Original Content
A portion of the images you’ll find on my Pinterest boards come directly from Accent4Home. These are my own photos, graphics, or styled images that I’ve created for my blog and social media.
- Sharing: You’re welcome to re-pin them to your own Pinterest boards or share them online, as long as you link back to the original source on Accent4Home.com.
- Commercial Use: My original images may not be used for commercial purposes without my written permission.
I devote a lot of time and attention to styling my original content. I may use artificial intelligence or photo editing software to edit or enhance photos. If you love it enough to share, crediting me means the world — and it also helps other people discover my work.
Curated Content from Other Creators
Pinterest is also where I collect inspiration from other designers, photographers, bloggers, and brands.
- Attribution: Whenever possible, I include links to the original source so that credit goes where it’s due.
- Copyright Respect: I do not claim ownership of images that aren’t mine. My intention in pinning them is to celebrate creativity and share beautiful ideas — not to misrepresent them as my own.
- Corrections: If you are the owner of an image I’ve pinned and feel it has been misattributed or would prefer it removed, email me at contact@accent4home.com, and I will address it promptly.
Accuracy, Availability & Broken Links
Pinterest is a constantly changing platform.
- Products featured on my boards may sell out or be discontinued.
- Links to original sources may sometimes change or break over time.
- Colors, textures, and finishes of items may appear different on your screen compared to real life.
While I aim to keep my pins as accurate and relevant as possible, I can’t guarantee that every pinned product or inspiration will be available or exactly as pictured when you view it.
Affiliate Links on Pinterest
Some of my Pinterest pins may contain affiliate links, meaning I could earn a small commission if you click through and make a purchase — at no extra cost to you.
- This helps me cover the time, effort, and costs involved in running Accent4Home.
- I only create affiliate pins for products I genuinely like, find inspiring, or believe fit the vision of my blog.
- In accordance with FTC guidelines, affiliate pins will always be clearly disclosed in their descriptions.
No Official Affiliation with Pinterest
Although I use Pinterest every day as a creative tool, I am not directly affiliated with or employed by Pinterest.
- All boards, collections, and opinions are entirely my own.
- Pinterest does not sponsor, endorse, or manage my content.
